OvertimeGuard is a digital product delivered online. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. We aim to be fair and responsive while also preventing misuse of the refund process.

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will generally not be approved unless required by law.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund if:
- You purchased OvertimeGuard and the Services did not function as described due to a technical issue we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
- You accidentally purchased the product (for example, duplicate purchase) and contact us promptly.
- You decide the product is not a fit for your needs within the refund window (subject to the limitations in Section 4).
4. Reasonable Limitations to Prevent Abuse
Because OvertimeGuard is a digital product that provides immediate value upon access (including calculation outputs and downloadable reports), we apply the following reasonable limitations:
4.1 Report and Download Abuse
If you have generated and downloaded multiple reports, or if your account shows repeated high-volume usage in a short timeframe, we may: request clarification before approving a refund, or deny the refund if we reasonably determine the refund request is abusive.
4.2 Repeat Refund Requests
We reserve the right to deny refunds for: repeated refund requests from the same customer, customers who repeatedly purchase and refund digital products, customers we reasonably believe are using the refund policy to access the product without paying.
4.3 Chargeback-Related Abuse
If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first, we may: suspend access immediately, and decline future refund requests or purchases where permitted by law. We encourage you to contact us first. We typically resolve issues faster than a chargeback process.
5. Early Access or Temporary Downtime
If the Website indicates that certain features are in a temporary rollout, maintenance window, or early access period, refunds will still be honored within the refund window. However, brief downtime, maintenance, or minor bugs that do not materially prevent use of the Services do not automatically qualify for a refund.

We may ask for additional details if needed to locate the transaction or understand a technical issue.
7. Refund Processing Time
If approved: refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible, processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
8. Taxes and Fees
If any taxes or fees were charged at checkout, refunds will be handled according to the payment processor’s capabilities and applicable law.
